The 'Magic Cafe' Inspirational Voices Social Event

Tonights speaker is Tracy Rees, writer, workshop facilitator, counsellor & image work practitioner. Tracy will introduce us to The Wonderful world of Imagework.
Whatever we create in life - a wonderful meal, our own business or a new romance - begins as an image in our mind. In this introduction to Imagework, a therapeutic technique pioneered by Dr Dina Glouberman, Tracy will explain how imaging is as natural to humans as breathing is the first 'language' of every child. We all have a rich reservoir of images readily available to us, images can help us enhance our lives in any area we choose. This promises to be an inspiring and informative evening, please come along to share it with us.
Magic Cafe is a social gathering for those interested in all things spiritual and holistic. Time to mingle, meet new friends and re-connect with those you might have been to busy to see for a while.
